Florence is a Graduate Analyst at Vortexa, contributing her insight in oil and gas markets from our Houston office. She works closely with the Americas analysis team on data quality projects and observing North and Latin Americas seaborne energy and freight across the barrel and LNG. Florence also contributes to researching sanctioned flows and the seaborne trade in the Asia markets.

She holds an MA degree in International Relations, Energy and Environment from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a BA in Government from William & Mary university in the States.
