Mary covers the crude and clean tanker markets in the Atlantic and Pacific Basins for Vortexa analysis content. She also leads our research into opaque markets, with a particular focus on Russian and Iranian flows and freight. Besides her research role, Mary is involved in numerous data quality projects as well as product improvement initiatives for our freight and energy flows analytics suites.

Mary holds a BA in history from Clemson University and an MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh.
