Wanying is a Freight Analyst at Vortexa, deriving unique insights on fleet behaviour and dissecting vessel movements to signal market changes in clean and dirty trade. She regularly contributes her expertise in commercial shipping and data analysis to conduct thorough research on the APAC freight markets for Vortexa’s clients and the wider industry.

She holds a BSc in Economics from Singapore Management University and has recently completed a MEng degree in Maritime Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
