Could you start by introducing yourself and telling us about your role?
My name is Virginia Dean, I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and attended Texas Christian University (TCU) and later received my MBA from University of St. Thomas – Houston.
What inspired you to join Vortexa?
I was inspired to join Vortexa after meeting several members of the company and felt that not only would it be a great company to work for, but also a great opportunity for my career development. The team here are innovative, open to ideas, and very driven. I felt that it would be an exciting environment to be a part of!
Since day 1 [Vortexa] has been a welcoming community that supports one another and works towards the same goal.
How would you describe your first few months in your role?
My first few months here have flown by. I’ve learned so much about the industry and the Vortexa platform with the help of teammates and Vortexa resources. We’ve accomplished a lot in the first 3 months – developing the Account Based Experience (ABX) strategy and launching our first campaigns.
How would you describe the culture at Vortexa?
Vortexa has been the best company I’ve worked with to date. The culture is unlike previous companies I’ve worked with, from day 1 it has been a welcoming community where we support one another and work towards the same goal.
What advice would you give to those looking to join Vortexa?
I would tell them to absolutely apply and take the job if they were offered. Not only does it have a great culture and mission, but the opportunities are endless here for career growth & personal development.
